Faro airport is located 70km (44miles) from the hotel and it takes around 45minutes by car. Would you require help with your transportation to and from the airport our team at reception would be delighted to organise this for you.

All our rooms are equipped with an individual temperature setting for your comfort. Use the wall regulator to configure the air conditioner. If you need any help or have questions about the system, contact our reception.

For your comfort, we have contact with a company specialized in babysitting services, so that you can enjoy a night outside or inside the hotel, the choice is yours. For more information on availability and prices, contact reception.

With the environment in mind and for your comfort we change linen every three days. Would you like your bed linen changed more often please arrange this with the reception team. 

If you wish your towels or robes to be swapped at any time please leave them on the floor and we will promptly changed them for fresh ones.

Served daily in our dinning room from 7am to 10am.

Amado beach is just 300m from the hotel. Other beaches, a short stroll away from the hotel, are: Rocha, Três Castelos and Vau.

We have a list of specialized companies that deliver and collect cars at the hotel, if you want this service, you should contact reception.

Extra beds are avaible at an extra cost and free cots upon request.

Check-out time is 11am. Would you like to extend your stay a little longer please contact our team and we can make arrangements when possible through a late check-out fee.

If you require specific information about the region or book a tour, we can tell you the best places to visit, share informations about local nature, bike rides, restaurant reservations and give recommendations for flower arrangements , tickets for tours, as well as sending your correspondence.

Tap water is drinkable, however, due to its uncontrolled PH and mineral composition, we recommend our filtered and ionized water available by the bottle daily in your room and on request.

The cleaning service is scheduled every day of the week and includes service in the rooms and bathrooms. If you need an extra towel, pillow or duvet let us know. For extra cleaning service for your room, please contact reception.

If you prefer not to be disturbed, leave the sign the Do Not Disturb sign outside your door. If this applies to telephone calls as well, please inform reception.

Our Restaurant and Bar offers snacks and drinks, opening times and menus are informed upon arrival. For other options, contact reception to receive a personalized itinerary of local cuisine and local restaurants.

All our wall plugs have 220V.

The plug where the mini fridge is connected has a bypass and is not connected to the eletricity controller at the door giving you energy even without your card in the holder being ideal to leave deviced charging even when you are not in the room.

Would you require the mini fridge to be left cooling we have outlet extenders available at reception.

Next to the bedroom window you will find the blind switch, it is electric and will only work if you put the room key in the hotel card switch.

The Hotel is equipped with a sophisticated fire system. Please read the emergency exit signs posted on your room door. In case of fire, use the stairs and never the elevators.

The hotel has spaces available in our garage that are available to be reserved and booked with a daily rate of 12€ a day.

Since the hotel does not have a gym, we collaborate with one close to the hotel that guarantees you access with the best rates, you can make your appointment at reception.

We ​​have shaving kits, dental kits and hygiene products upon request and at an extra cost. Just call reception and we'll have it delivered to your room.

 High speed internet connection is available in all rooms, indoor and outdoor areas.

We have a laundry service, if you need it, just ask at reception.

All found items are kept for 6 months. If you are missing any personal items during your stay or afterwards, contact us at reception so that we can look for them in the indicated places.

All efforts will be made to recover lost items but the hotel is not responsible for any valuable left behind in your room nor in any other hotel areas.

Closest pharmacy is located around 2km away from the hotel.

All rooms are equipped with a small fridge. The minibar is replenished on request, so you must communicate your choices to reception.

National and international newspapers are available free of charge at reception on request and through reservation. Please reserve your preffered choice with the team for the following day.

In the vicinity of the hotel you will find free outdoor parking and our team can point to in the direction of a few places where it is normally easier to find a parking spot. The hotel's garage is at your disposal for a daily fee of EUR 12.00. We ask that you do not leave valuables inside the vehicle.

Pool and beach towels are available with a 30eur deposit. The towels can be swapped for clean and dry ones on request and the deposit returned in exchange for your damage free towel. Would you wish to bring your towels home as a memory you can do in exchange for the deposit - feel free to swap them for new ones at reception.

Find out the rules and internalize some of the safety regulations in the pool area: • Diving is not allowed • The pool is not supervised • Children must be supervised at all times • The use of glass is not allowed • No running in this area • No sunbed reservations are allowed.

If during your stay you choose to have meals in the comfort of your room, you can do so and we have a special menu for this purpose. This service is available to all customers and has an additional cost of the room service fee.

All our rooms are equiped with one safe and it is complementary to use it. This safe, designed to ensure some items are kept private, is located inside the wardrobe. Follow the instructions on the safe for correct usage.

The hotel is not responsible for any items inside the safe neither assures their safety.

Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel, it is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

Ashtrays, when not available in your balcony, are available by request. If you wish to smoke in your balcony, please mind the adjacent rooms ensuring little or no smoke travels around neither enters your bedroom.

If we detect the smell of smoke in your bedroom, a smoke cleaning tax might be applied of up to 100€+value of a night stay.
