1. Reservations and Payments

1.2. The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize your credit card prior to your arrival.
1.3. Full payment of accommodation expenses must be made at the time of check-in, unless otherwise agreed with the hotel.
1.4. The hotel may require a deposit or a security deposit at the time of check-in to cover any additional expenses during the stay.
2. Cancellations and Changes
2.1. Cancellations must be made within the specified deadline during the booking process. Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate type.
2.2. Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
3. Check-in and Check-out
3.1. The check-in time is from [specified time], and the check-out time is until [specified time]. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the hotel reception to check availability and any possible additional fees.
3.2. At the time of check-in, a valid identification document, along with a valid credit card, will be required to guarantee any additional expenses or damages that may occur during the stay.
4. Non-Smoking and Damages Policies
4.1. The entire hotel is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms and public areas. If it is discovered that smoking has occurred on the premises, a cleaning fee of [amount] will be applied to remove odors and damages caused.
4.2. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel's facilities during their stay. In the event of damages, the hotel reserves the right to charge for necessary repair or replacement costs.
5. Hotel Liability
5.1. The hotel is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on its premises. It is recommended that guests use the safes available in rooms or at the reception to store valuable items.
5.2. The hotel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or personal damages that occur during guests' stay unless directly caused by the hotel's gross negligence.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. The hotel is committed to protecting the privacy of its guests and handling personal information in accordance with applicable laws. The information provided by guests will only be used for the purposes of reservation and communication related to the stay.
7. General Conditions
7.1. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or interrupt the stay of any guest who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
7.2. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated periodically. The updated version will be available on the hotel's website and will be applicable from the date of publication.
8. Number of guests and room usage
8.1. The reservation is made for a specific number of guests as detailed in the booking. Any additional guest staying overnight at the hotel must register at the reception and pay a hotel usage fee of €60 per night.
8.2. The room area, accessible via elevator or stairs from the ground floor (floor 0), is exclusively for our guests. Any visit to the rooms requires authorization and visitor identification at the reception area. Visitors are allowed in the rooms between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
8.3. It is mandatory to register the departure of visitors from the rooms. If this departure is not registered by 7:00 PM, a usage fee of €60 per night will be charged as per point 8.1.
